The Estonian National Congress in Sweden (REL) is a network of Estonians and persons with an interest in Estonia in Sweden. The organisation aims to promote the interests of the Swedish-Estonian community, to assist in the distribution of information about Estonia, and to support Estonian culture in Sweden.

The Congress in its present form was formed in 1993 and is open to all who consider themselves Estonians in Sweden, or who take an interest in the Estonian community for other reasons - family ties, background in Estonia, etc. The Congress has a membership of over 2,000 people.

A Congress of Estonians in Sweden has existed since 1956. It has been elected by Swedish Estonians in an open ballot. The present 40-member Congress was elected in 2006 for a four-year term.
